Everything we do or say has effects that ripple outward into the world and to everyone we come in contact with. We all strive to be proud of the footprints in the sand that we leave behind.

"Pride in your Parenting" is a group focused on helping parents have a real pride in their achievements as a parent. Personal development for parents is a key objective of the group. We encourage parents, step-parents, carers, grandparents, in fact anyone who wants to develop their own skills, to learn some tips and techniques to help them succeed. The themes that we have developed for "Pride in your Parenting" are:

• Staying connected and promoting excellent relationships
• Having a real pleasure in how we run our family lives
• Being able to take and understand different perspectives
• Letting go of the little things
• Growing with your children.
