If you consider the options in life, to most issues you can take a different perspective.


1. Are you concentrating on what you don't want? The symptoms you have the very things that go wrong. If you concentrate on what you don't want you may just find more of it. Try getting really focused on what you do want, without any waving thoughts. Focus on the positive.


2. If some thoughts are concerning you, jump forward 5 or 10 years, then what does your current worry look like, this may help you to get your current thoughts into perspective.

3. Take a look at what is behind the issue. There is bound to be an emotion. Can you gather up all those similiar emotions in your body and just let go of them, like releasing a bird so it just flies away and you welcome in a much more comfortable emotion, to replace it.

4. Some people like shopping, some people hate it - proof positive that we don't all take the same perspective - same event, different perspective. The choice is your's. Choose the perspective you would prefer
