of change management, organisational improvement, team development, and
enabling strategies for HR leaders.
Ivan Hickmott consults, facilitates and teaches leaders at all levels
in organisations in the people aspects of change, to shape and implement
strategies with an emphasis on high involvement and cohesive, energised
teams.
Example areas in which Hickmott Consulting consults directly to clients
include change management consulting on individual “critical” projects,
the design and facilitation of workshops on any topic for 10-100 participants
and teaching consulting skills.
Values and Approach: Hickmott Consulting does not pretend to provide
all the answers packaged in neat solutions but will help clients to
find
them.

aim is to
use simple language, focus on identifying what will work in practice
and
minimise "consultant jargon". The chosen style is to work
collaboratively with clients and a goal that they can be self-sufficient
in the shortest possible timeframes, preferring to
