"I feel that I have had fewer hot flushes since regularly doing morning and evening magnets, and with the morning running energy female grounding auras and grounded symbols. Setting the room energy also helps and altogether I sense these practices have a calming effect on the immune system and cortisol levels. Something about doing this routinely helps. What I had found before was that hot flushes for me were related to sugar and caffeine intake. Avoiding those two and the frequency dropped right down. "Before I learned ENLP I had poly cystic ovarian syndrome for a few years and my periods were very irregular and I used to have terrible PMS. Within a few months of doing energy work my periods returned to normal with hardly any pain and no PMS - only a bit of tearfulness the day before but no bad moods at all. The length of my period has shortened from 7 to 4 days although it's heavier in the first 2 days than before. In the past I would experience extreme anger and irritation and now I hardly know I am about to get my period. The last couple of months have been slightly more painful but I have been doing less regular energy work than before. If I don't do energy work regularly then I can miss a period.
